The Yoga had several thousand years history that is one kind of the extensions that may let you changes thin and healthy. The people always called the yoga are a series of practices moral culture the spiritual cultivation method. Before I study in Lung Hwa I learned Yoga for several months. It makes me feel relax and good spirit and lets my body softly. There are many kinds of Yoga in the word. If you always feel a lot of stress you must try to make Yoga that is suitable for you.
